Last Rites is a quest that can be found in Borean Tundra and can be picked up from Thassarian in Death's Strand, southeast of Taunka'le Village. The task tells you to go to the Temple City of En'kilah in the north and use the teleportation ball to reach Naxxanar and meet Thassarian there. It may seem simple enough, but it's easy to get lost.

The first part is quite simple. Make your way through the En'kilah gates and you should see a glowing white pillar of light on the platform to the right. Step into the light and you will be teleported to Naxxanar.

There should be a few steps ahead of you, and two enemies on top of them guarding the passage. Kill these two enemies to get them out of the way, but instead of moving forward, turn around to look where you came. Follow the circular path on either side and you'll find a short ramp that will take you to another glowing white teleporter, directly above the one you entered through.

Once you get here, you will find Thassarian directly in front of you. Talk to him to start the next stage in which you will help him defeat Prince Valanar. Just remember that it can be quite a difficult fight so you may want to bring a few friends with you to help you out.
